Our team is growing with a careful selection process - a rigorous aptitude screening, detailed skills assessment and personality interview. We focus on innovation on the required areas of services (such as new product development services) and smart business practices (in case of knowledge processing outsourcing engagements). Our members thrive is small, high-energy, and focused teams that take problem solving as their passion.

Our onshore delivery engagement maangers carry sharp client relationship focus and are results driven. They work close with the clients in understanding their Key Performance Indicators (KPI) or Balanced Score Card entries to make sure EphronTech brings value in measurable terms.
