Position: Vice President / Engagement Manager

Number of positions: 7 [Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Boston, Dallas/Fortworth, Seattle]

Description: We are currently looking for high energy, driven client engagement managers with the knowledge of IT and IT-enabled service and solid business-to-business sales and account management experience. The primary responsibility of this position is two-fold : (1) Qualify sales leads and bring new accounts to the company (2) Build strong relationships with the client base and stay close to the delivery cycles as laid out in the engagement contract.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with evidence of continuous growth and overachievement against goals.

- Experience of selling IT-based solutions and services to mid-sized to large-sized businesses.

- Ability to engage successfully in multiple sales opportunities concurrently

- Ability to articulate a value proposition at executive, business management and technology leadership levels

- Inside sales experience preferred

- Good communication/presentation and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in verbal and written English, with excellent phone presence and presentation/proposal skills

- Ability to approach problems analytically and methodically

- Ability to work in a diverse, rapidly changing international environment

- Eagerness to learn new technologies / skills

- Ability to travel 50% of the time

Description: We are currently looking to fill 3 open positions for Solution Architects. The core job responsibility of the solution architect is to take lead on the technology architecture that leads to the solution for every project EphronTech undertakes.

Requirements:

1.  Taking a lead on requirements analysis.

Description: We are currently looking to fill 2 open positions to work as Technical Project Manager. The ideal candidate is expected to have great attention to detail as well as a team player.

Requirements:

- The position requires an expert understanding of project management skills in managing complex, multi-phased projects and the flexibility to lead multi-disciplinary, diverse and dynamic teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Individual will be responsible for managing development teams through all aspects of the web based software development life cycle. Including requirements analysis, design, programming, implementation, post and client interaction.
- In addition you will also be required for managing and executing all projects, provide technical and functional solution to project requirement with good understanding of front end and databases.
- Knowledge and expertise of project Management principles, methods & techniques.

(4) Position: Senior Developer / Team Lead (PHP/MySQL)

Description: We are currently looking for a dynamic individual who can lead multiple PHP/MySQL projects.

Requirements:

- 5 years experience building web applications in PHP. We expect some of these applications to be of enterprise scale, supporting thousands of simultaneous users with multiple servers for redundancy and scalability.

- Experience leading a team. You should have experience working together with developers to ensure the job gets done. You need to be able to drive projects to completion working directly with the developers, project managers, and high level executives. The deadlines are aggressive and the job needs to be done on time no matter what.

- Experience with mysql. You should be able to configure and install mysql in a standard UNIX environment. You should be familiar with things such as my.cnf, slow query logs, query caching, mytop, etc. In SQL, you should know the difference between left join and outer join, why subqueries are not recommended, etc. You should be able to write queries to extract data from 8 different tables all joined in various ways without breaking a sweat. You should be well versed in database server replication, master-slave database replication, circular multi-master replication, etc.

- Strong working knowledge of Linux server architectures, Apache configurations, MySQL clusters, Cyber security

Description: We are looking for a QA Engineer that can help them automate the testing of front and back end web applications.  If you enjoy testing the nitty gritty and understand how to test complex and intricate systems -- this job is for you.

Requirements:

- Plan, design, and implement regression tests in such a way that they are re-usable and flexible
- Work closely with both development teams to help ensure the reliability of their applications
- Use open source applications like Selenium and FitNesse to test their website
- Participate in all aspects of User Acceptance Testing
- Maintain and extend our existing automation scripts
