With this association, we are on a mission to become a trusted advisor to businesses worldwide. We have 2 tiers of hiring of new employees into the company: (1) Trainee track (2) Experienced Skills track.

The teams are organized in small number of cross functional individuals typically with skills ranging from architecture, development, databases and testing. On the knowlege process outsourcing line of service, the teams are organized with a lead who is often the subject matter expert in the area of business process.

The teams are mentored by specalized champions in tools, processes and soft skills.
