EphronTech has 3 flexible engagement models to work with our clients. Regardless of the line of service, one of the following models will be applicable. 1. Fixed Bid EngagementThe "Fixed Bid" enagement model is perfect for those projects that have the requirements very clearly defined. We often provide sample documentation to our potential clients to write requirements and develop storyboards as pre-requisites for this engagement. After reviewing the submitted documentation, we provide a firm estimate on cost and timeline. The client may request a change in the project scope during the project implementation. However, this will be handled thru the change management process which may result in cost and timeline adjustments. 2. Time & Materials EngagementThe "Time & Materials" engagement is ideal for those projects where the scope and requirements cannot be specified before starting the the project. This is also applicable to the projects where changes are to be made frequently but the amount of work cannot justify having a dedicated resource or team. Based on the available information on the scope and requirements, EphronTech comes up with high level cost and timeline estimate. As the project progresses and the requirements for particular tasks get clarified, the estimates are further refined. In this plan, the customer pays only for the amount of hours actually worked. These hours are tracked and accounted not only by invoices. (after the fact) but reported on a daily basis. This helps our clients to be in control of the project. 3. Dedicated Team EngagementThe "Dedicated Team" engagement plan is found to be effective in long-term projects and partnerships. When gaining domain expertise is crucial to success of a project or ongoing support is necessary, we recommend dedicated teams to our clients. Roughly 50% of EphronTech's workforce work with the clients on dedicated team basis. We work with the client closely to understand the near term and long term objective and propose the structure of the dedicated team. The entire team is quoted with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that includes number of hours, time of the day, holidays and other parameters. Continued monitoring of time spent along with the productivity of the team determines the effectiveness of the team. The comment section is restricted to members only. |
