Redtie is a platform that unifies external electronic communications across email, SMS, voice, social, chat, web and mobile. Redtie can be used as a stand-alone web / mobile web app, or integrated into existing mobile apps and enterprise workflows and use cases

TEXT CHANNEL
Using the assigned phone number, SMS messages are delivered and responses tracked globally. The programmable messages can be sent to individuals or to a tagged group of contacts. The API and webhooks can be used to integrate the inbound and outbound SMS/text messages into enterprise workflows of your organization.

VOICE CHANNEL (Text-to-speech)
When you subscribe to this channel, a unique phone number is assigned. You can use Redtie to create and send voice calls from this numbers to your contacts. When the receivers call back, they are directed to record their message. The messages are available in the Inbound area.

EMAIL CHANNEL
When you subscribe to the Voice channel, you get a dedicated email assigned to you. For example, let us say you sign up and add an ecosystem for your business “ABC Inc” and choose to have the email channel. You will have the opportunity to choose an email such as abc-inc@redtie.email. This email is to serve for various inbound and outbound touchpoints on the email channel.

CHAT CHANNEL
The chat channel is the gateway of website visitors to connect with the organization. With a simple embed script added to the website, a chat window is immediately deployed. The chat window is fully customizable for not only the presentation but also the functionality. The incoming chat requests are stored and any given contact information is used to populate the contact information of the person.

SOCIAL CHANNEL
The social channel is for organizations that need to manage all their social media outlets from a single location. When you subscribe to the social channel, you can connect your outlets in a single stream. Supported outlets are Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, Instagram. You can post into the social channel any type of content and the responses are tracked and reported by Redtie back to you.
