Our team has well defined methodology for each of the solution areas. Whether you need us to help with a proof of concept with solution architecture or a custom software development, we use the appropriate methodology which has been used consistently across various projects, domains and platforms.
Engagement Models
We have the following engagement models :

- Fixed Fee : With well defined scope, we estimate a fixed fee to design and deliver the solution
- Dedicated Team : For those clients with longer term, ongoing work which includes active development and maintenance, dedicated team is the best choice. The team members are allocated to your organization and be able to support your tech needs as if they are your own.
- T&M : For projects with not-so-well-defined scope, T&M model is generally adopted. Consulting engagements follow this as well.
- Pre-Paid Time : Many of our clients, for whom, we have successfully built and delivered solutions require additional enhancements and support from time to time. For these client, the pre-paid block of time works the best. They can use it at any time the way they see fit.
Our Assurance
It’s a well known saying in the tech industry. It goes something like this – There are 3 key metrics in any tech project : Quality, Timely Completion and Budget. One can get 3 at the expense of one. Our assurance to every one of our clients is that we strive to bring you efficiency on each of those 3 key areas. We measure them on your behalf and constantly strive to bring you the optimal results.
